Well...that would be a first...for me anyway..but here we go....If i was gonna mount a bitch to a wall...I would use leather strap, for her comfort..holes punched into the leather straps(with a leather punch of course) and lag bolts into studs...lag bolts say...3/8"x2.5"

but alas...we finally have a real question.
first thing you need to do is locate your drain line....Perhaps your city will come out and mark it for you...If you don't want to get them involved I have an old school trick to generally locate it....
Get two metal coathangers or two brazing rods...you need to reshape the hanger to a right angle..maybe 6"x12 or 14". Turn on the bathtub and a couple of sinks...Now walk...walk parrallell to your street across your yard...holding the hangers shoulder width apart, or maybe just a touch closer, with the 6"part held loosely in your hand.......Those sticks will cross when you hit water flowing in the pipe.
I would run the pipe in 4"pvc...and i would use "long sweep" fittings. At the termination point i would install a 4"x6" increaser to give you a larger drain outlet in which to get the poo into.
Biggest question is elevation...I am not familar with the frostline in your part of the country. Also the length of the run is a question i would like answered as well...As far as the "tie-in" to your main sewer...well it would be hard to guess what is in your ground...But to speak generally i would break the pipe and install a tee...Hose clamping it in would be fine as drains are not pressurized.
